Privacy policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This policy explains what information GridPaperPDF ("we", "us") handles when you use gridpaperpdf.com. We have tried to keep it short and plain.
The paper generators
The generators run entirely in your web browser. The options you choose and the pages you create are not sent to our servers. To remember your last settings, the generator stores them in your browser's local storage on your own device. You can clear them at any time by clearing site data in your browser or by using the Reset button.
Information you give us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and to improve the site, and we keep them for as long as needed for that purpose. We do not sell or share them.
Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time. This is used for security, reliability and basic statistics, and is kept for a limited period by the host.
Advertising and cookies
We may show advertisements provided by Google AdSense and similar partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
- For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we use a consent message that follows applicable requirements before personalised ads or non-essential cookies are used.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features of other websites may then work differently.
We do not control the cookies set by third parties. Please read the privacy policies of those partners for details.
Analytics
We do not use third-party analytics cookies at the time of writing. If that changes we will update this page.
Children
The site is intended for parents, teachers and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, California privacy law or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To make a request, email contact@gridpaperpdf.com.
